The Reach Desk and 300 watt 12V Pure Sine Wave Inverter is the perfect mobile office. Recharge your phone/laptop onsite and save valuable time and money. The 300w inverter includes an adapter that plugs into your cigarette lighter socket.

Returns Policy

Any faulty or damaged stock received within 14 days will be replaced at no charge. If a product is deemed to be faulty after that time, the normal warranty conditions for that product will apply. It is the recipient's responsibility to cover all costs and to follow warranty instructions as stated for the product.

You are not entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind or make a wrong choice - so please choose carefully.

Except where required by law, all returned goods must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • All undamaged original packaging must be included when returning a product including instruction manuals, warranty cards and certificates, accessory cables and power adapters
  • Returned within 14 days of original receipt of goods
  • In a condition suitable for resale

Extensively damaged packaging and/or missing parts (i.e. manuals, cables) upon return will incur a re-stocking fee. This fee will be deducted from the original transaction when items are returned for a refund or exchange.

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • All food items and other perishable goods
  • All health products, supplements, creams or other

Please do not open the packaging of any articles sent incorrectly as it needs to be returned to us in its original condition. Please notify us of any mistakes or damages within 48 hours in order that the problems can be remedied at the earliest convenience.

If you return goods via Australia Post, please ensure you retain the appropriate proof of shipment as an item lost in transit to us will be deemed as unreturned. Please also ensure goods are adequately packaged to avoid damage during return transit.

We recommend that you insure your returned items for the full amount and/or select a trackable shipping method. WallCann can not be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
