These Robatherm Hot Water Urns feature a unique mode selector switch that allows either variable or pre-set temperature control, providing ultimate flexibility and ease of use.

With the mode set to variable, the temperature can be controlled across a wide range via the graduated knob. Variable mode will suit those users who require warm or boiling water for their special application.

Switching the mode selector to pre-set will fix the temperature at 95 ºC, the optimal temperature for most applications involving tea and coffee. Using pre-set mode offers a fast and easy setup, achieving consistent temperatures every time. Adjustment of the knob in pre-set mode has no effect on the temperature setting of the urn – it remains constant at nominal 95 ºC. This prevents continuous boiling and excessive consumption of energy.

    WARRANTY POLICY

    Restaurant Equipment Online warrants all new equipment to be free from defects including factory used materials and workmanship, and of acceptable quality and durability in every possible way. All new products are backed by a minimum 12 month manufacturer’s warranty. Some products come with extra warranties from their specific manufacturers.

    The warranty does not cover:

    • Normal wear and tear and items which wear out as a result of usage such as blades, bearings and batteries.
    • Damage arising from abnormal use, or abuse; such as overloading of motors and stripped gears as a result of exceeding maximum listed capacity of machinery.
    • Products which have not been maintained (for example, filters not regularly cleaned), or which have been modified.
    • Damage to packaging only;
    • Insignificant minor variations in dimensions, colour, grain or finish; and
    • Very minor chips, dents or superficial blemishes.
    • Equipment which has been opened, serviced or modified without Restaurant Equipment Online's prior consent

     

    30-DAY RETURNS POLICY

    Please check deliveries within 24 hours of receiving and check for any damages from transit. If you decide to return your item, we will provide a refund of the original purchase price, less the initial and return delivery fees. If your item was purchased with a free shipping promotion, please note that the actual initial delivery cost (which would have been applied had the item not been on promotion) will be deducted from your refund along with the return delivery cost. Please also note that a re-stocking fee of 25%, excluding shipping charges of the full purchase price may apply.

    To organise a return, simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your item including images of your product in the original, unopened packaging and we will be in touch with further details.

    It’s important for your item to be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for return under the guarantee. If items have been opened, used or are not returned in all original packaging, the guarantee will be voided. This is simply because our suppliers cannot resell an item as brand new once it has been opened. They then need to discount the item it to sell it again. It is therefore at their discretion whether to apply a restocking fee or not and their decisions are final.
