Strong, durable, and easy to clean, the Robot Coupe vegetable prep machine will meet your everyday vegetable preparation requirements. Ideal for delicatessens, schools, caterers, pubs, hotels, sandwich bars and restaurants, the large hopper allows bulky vegetables, such as lettuce and cabbages, to be processed. The cylindrical hopper is also ideal for processing long or delicate vegetables, including cucumbers and mushrooms. And the reduced diameter allows for even the smallest of ingredients like grapes or chillies to be cut into regular slices.

The clean lid design means no nooks and crannies for food residue to accumulate in whilst the safety function stops the machine from operating when the hopper is opened. Plus, this Robot Coupe vegetable prep machine features an automatic restart when the pusher closed, making it perfect for cutting both hard and delicate produce. It has been designed so all parts that come into contact with food can be easily removed for quick cleaning, helping to maintain the highest hygiene standards.

Discs not included. Pizza pack discs (FK606) and restaurant disc packs (FK607) are optional extras.
