However, if you purchase an EziBuy item along with an item from Autograph as an example you will receive 2 parcels.
Your parcel will be dispatched within 48hrs (Excluding Weekends) from our Sydney or Melbourne DC.
Delivery is via Australia Post.
Delivery for Sydney / Melbourne / Brisbane Metro is 2-3 days (Mon-Friday).
All other locations can vary from 3-10 days dependent upon how remote you are.

Simply request a return via MyDeal and send it back to our returns address along with the item(s) you wish to return within 30 days of invoice date.
Please ensure your return parcel is securely packaged and both sender’s address and the Mosaic Brands online return addresses are clearly displayed on the outside of the parcel. To avoid delivery problems, we encourage sending your return back by registered post.
Please allow 10 business days from the day your parcel is delivered to our distribution centre for your return to be processed and your account to be credited. Slight delays to return processing may be experienced during busy sale and promotional periods, due to higher volumes.
Care and sizing details are provided for each and every list as sizing varies between brands. SARA and IsoBar Active Plus are both Plus Size brands along with Autograph and BeMe.
