About Product

Our commercial-quality pan produces an elegantly shaped cake that needs only dusting with confectioners' sugar to decorate. With the perfect nonstick characteristics of this exceedingly durable coating nothing sticks to the pan and your cakes breads and quiches turn out perfectly.

Heat-responsive cast aluminum promotes even rising uniform baking and a golden crust.
Center tube conducts extra heat to the middle of the cake.
Nonstick interior ensures that cakes turn out perfectly every time.

Use

Before use wash pan with hot water.
Oven safe to 450F.
Use only nonmetallic utensils to avoid scratching the surface.
For best results brush pan with an unsalted solid vegetable shortening and dust with flour. Turn pan upside down and tap to remove excess flour. These steps will help ensure easy release and excellent pattern definition.
After baking cool on a wire rack for 15 minutes. Tap pan firmly a few times then invert lift pan away and let the cake continue to cool on rack.
Do not fill more than 3/4 full.

Care

Hand-wash. Dry thoroughly.
Do not use abrasive cleaners such as metal scouring pads as they can damage the surface.
A soft sponge or kitchen brush will remove baked-on food particles. You may need to scrub lightly.

If there are special precautions regarding delivery, they are written in the comments field when ordering. We use Sendle to deliver parcels in Australia, & Australia Post to deliver international. You can't choose between delivery without or with delivery. On arrival of your parcel, please check your items for damages caused by shipping. In case you find any issue, please take a photo for the item in the box , photo of the sticker on the parcel 📦 and contact us immediately thru your MyDeal account. Failing to do this within the first 7 calendar days of the delivery, our insurance company won’t be cover the damage .

all our electrical products are under 2 years warranty

if on arrival, Dorsch will make sure that spare/replaced items on their expenses

if under warranty (electrical), customer to ship product back to Dorsch for fixing, otherwise, Dorsch can send "free" the electrical spare part required.

all non-Electrical products have on-arrival warranty,

in case of "on arrival" Damage, customer needs to:

1- take a photo of the parcel during unpacking

2- take a photo of the shipment label on the box

3- take a photo of the damaged product

our products' logisitcs is insured only 10 days of arrival (10 days from elivery date), if 11 passes from delivery date, refund /return is not acceptable, as it's not insured

In case abnormal functional damage shows up after 12 days, we look into that case-by-case.

We had a lot of customers who received pots with lid crashed on arrival, Others received it with broken handle or got it broken after many months, we cover this for sure, as long as we have the spare part - (we always keeps lids or other spares)

Dorsch will charge for transporting the spare (6 up to 10$ max) , or it can be shipped free with customer new order
