Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of your purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.

I got this at the discounted price so great value for money. Lovely, subtle scent perfect for a bedroom, which is where I’ve placed it. I did change the included reeds over for the dusk ones which are a bit longer and stronger. There’s also no tray with the bottle, so it will need to be placed on a tray of your own. Love it. Will definitely buy again if the price is right!
