You can return your item within 14 days of the purchase/delivery date only. If you have a change of mind or purchased a wrong product. We will offer only a store credit; a 20% restocking fee will apply.

Are there any items excluded from the returns policy:
Yes, there are items that are excluded from the return policy. These items are: Specially Ordered or Customised items. Any damaged product, products that are not in the original packaging or condition are excluded from this refund policy.
How will I be refunded:
Once we receive the product, we will start the credit process and the refundable amount will be credited as a store credit under your account. Kindly note that the product should be in the original state and packing. please note that a 20% of the purchase price as restocking fee may apply.

You will receive a full refund if you have received a full damaged product beyond the repair. Please make sure to take as many photos and videos of the wrong/damaged product upon the arrival for your future references.
You will receive a partial credit:
In case of change in mind or purchase of a wrong product, you will receive a partial store credit after receiving the product back in store in its original condition and packaging. This partial credit is only applicable within 14 days of the purchase date. After 14 days partial credit is not applicable in case of change of mind or purchase a wrong product. (please note that we do not provide any advice on a product suitability, so choose your product carefully prior to the purchase). Also note that if the product is misused, damaged or incomplete upon the return, we will not provide any store credit and you can simply recollect the product from our warehouse asap.
What is Gilani Engineering’s warranty policy:
We do offer warranty under our manufacturer guarantee policy for most of our products. One year on the electric parts and one year on the frame.
What does mean manufacturer guarantee?
It means that our products are covered under our warranty policy if they are defect/not working as they should be due to the manufacturing/production line. Our warranty policy may include repair, replacement of the parts or replacement of the whole product.
Misused products are not included in this warranty policy.
For example: you unpack your brand-new wheelchair, and you find out that there is a big crack on the front wheel. In this case a new wheel will be sent to you for the replacement free of charge under warranty. We advise our customers to take photos, notes and videos of the faulty product upon arrival of a product and to notify us within 48 hours on the arrival of the faulty product to secure your warranty claim.
Who is responsible for shipping a product to/from Gilani Engineering for repair under warranty:
When a product is eligible for repair, part replacement or full replacement under the warranty, the customer is responsible for booking a delivery and pick up to/from our warehouse including all fees in this regard.
