Refurbished Condition:

• Mint Condition - A Grade: Device looks 'as new' (may exhibit very fine surface marks or scratches). 
• Good Condition - B Grade: Device is in very good cosmetic condition and shows light signs of wear. Minor surface scratches or scuff marks may be present.
• Fair Condition - C Grade: Device has been used and shows signs of normal wear and tear (surface scratches, marks, corner bumps and/or dents).

What is Refurbished? Refurbished products have been tested and verified to function properly and are thus free of defects. Refurbished products may be unused customer returns that are essentially 'new' items or they may be defective products that were returned under warranty and resold by the manufacturer after repairing the defects and ensuring proper function. It has been fully tested and is operational with minor cosmetic faults. Refurbished items and their accessories may display marks or superficial scratching that would be expected from normal use - these cosmetic flaws do not in any way affect the performance of the unit.

The devices we provide are always fully functional and any faults would be covered by our 6 month warranty (T’s & C’s apply).
