Change of Mind:
We accept change of mind within 14 days from delivery as long as the item is returned in the original condition as new and are not used, worn, or opened and have all original packaging and tags in tact including any package seals being unbroken and not damaged in any way

Warranty Policy:
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. This excludes faults caused by the way the device is treated and/or used.
Prior to returning a device for warranty, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorisation Number along with instructions on how to ship your item back to us. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate a repair, refund or replacement. Please note that all return requests must be accompanied by photo and video evidence for a Return Authorisation Number. We will not be able to process your return request without supporting documents and being initiated and approved by our team prior..
