The 2017 version of the Samsung Gear 360 allows you to broadcast live to friends and family in addition to recording 4K resolution video. It has also been redesigned with an easy-to-grip body and more compact camera head form factor. The Gear 360 lets you easily capture 360° spherical VR videos and photos that you can afterwards view with optional VR goggles or on 360 platforms such as YouTube 360 for an immersive experience in high resolution.
The camera features dual lenses that shoot everything around you at the same time, and it automatically stitches the captured images to provide you with a single, complete spherical image. The image can then be further edited, if you'd like, in VR editing software where you can even add effects.
Live broadcasting works by pairing the Gear 360 with your Samsung Galaxy smartphone (pairing to the free Gear 360 app) or computer, and then streaming to the platform of your choice, allowing your audience to join your adventures in real-time and in 360. Live broadcasting streams images in 1920 x 960 HD resolution. In regards to mobile devices, live broadcasting is limited to Samsung Galaxy phones and requires Nougat OS (Android 7.0) to be used.
Another way to connect with your audience is to use the Gear 360 app to convert the 360 content into standard video or photo formats that can be uploaded to social media. The app also allows you to add your own personal touch to your content by adjusting the view and layout of the images. You can select between five views: the native 360° View, Stretched View, Round View, Dual View, and Panoramic View.
The internal battery allows you to record for up to 130 minutes on a single charge (in 2560 x 1280 at 30 fps HD resolution). Everything is stored to a microSD card (not included) up to 256GB. The Gear 360 is dust- and splash-proof to be more convenient to use in your activities.

Cancellation Policy

You can only cancel your order when the order is still in processing status. In any event that the goods are packed or dispatched, you may still cancel the order in accordance with our 14 Days Change of Mind Return Policy. Upon receiving the goods, you may still return the order in accordance with our 14 Days Change of Mind Return Policy as well.

Returns Policy

I) 14 Days Change of Mind Return

Digi Warehouse offers all customer 14 Days Change of Mind Return Policy. We want all our customers to shop with confidence and peace of mind at Digi Warehouse. All customers can exercise the right to return a merchandise and opt for a refund or exchange within 14 days after receiving the merchandise. You may opt for a refund.

A full refund can be issued subjects to below condition(s):

  • Items were purchased from our store (Digi Warehouse) in MyDeal
  • A return request is sent and received by us within 14 days upon the delivery of order.
  • Items are returned with a copy of your receipt/invoice and a copy of your return authorization number (RMA Number) and form.
  • Items are in brand new condition (with all original packaging including all accessories and other material(s)), unless it is faulty or DOA. These are some determinants of how we determine brand new condition. This includes the i) manufacturer packaging; ii) original screen protector film has not been peeled off; iii) accessories packaging has not been damaged
  • Items must be handed to an organised courier or shipped to our authorised centre within 7 days of RMA ticket approval.

As long as you fulfil all conditions in outlined above, you will be approved of a return. Upon approval, you will need to organise a courier to ship your complete package and have them returned the package to us. When we receive the product and inspection is passed, the refund will be processed.

*Exceptions - Headphones, Earphones and Personal Care Products like Shavers are not covered under this policy due to health and hygiene issues.

Please note: A restocking fee up to AUD $40 will be deducted from your refund if the return does not meet the condition(s) specified.

** Digi Warehouse reserves the right process all returns at their sole discretion. Any decision made by Digi Warehouse or their authorised representative are final.

II) Faulty Item or DOA Item Return

If your product is faulty or dead on arrival (DOA) within 14 days of receiving the merchandise, you are eligible for a return. You may opt for a refund or exchange.

A full refund or replacement model can be issued subjects to below condition(s):

  • Items were purchased from our store (Digi Warehouse) in MyDeal
  • A return request is sent and received by us within 14 days upon the delivery of order.
  • Items are returned with a copy of your receipt/invoice and a copy of your return authorization number (RMA Number) and form.
  • Items are in new condition (with all original packaging including all accessories and other material(s)). These are some determinants of how we determine new condition. This includes i) the manufacturer packaging; ii) original screen protector film has not been peeled off; iii) accessories packaging has not been damaged

III) Wrongly Delivered Item Return

If we deliver the wrong products, you are entitled to a return under this clause within 14 days of receiving the merchandise.

Further Notes on Return Policy

  1. If an item is returned in an acceptable condition as per the conditions stated above, a restocking fee of AUD $40 of order amount whichever is higher and an applicable return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  2. You must take reasonable care of the items, accessories and manufacturer packaging when returning them to ensure that they are in original and undamaged condition.
  3. We reserve the right to refuse a return and also deem an item to have been mishandled.
  4. If a return is deemed unacceptable and refused, the customer must pay us return shipping fee to have the product shipped back to them.
  5. If you provide us with pictures as soon as possible, this would be greatly appreciated for recording purposes.
  6. Unfortunately as no insurance will be applied, we are not responsible for any physical loss or damage of the merchandise during return transit. If you would prefer you could send it to our nominated service centre with insured post at your cost.
  7. Due to the nature of Liquid Crystal Displays (LCDs) we only offer returns if:
    • Five or more dead/bright pixels in any position
    • 3 or more dead/bright pixels within 3mm of one another.

Missing Items Policy

If your package is missing an item or your product is missing an accessory, then we will ship you back the missing item(s). If the product missing is of high value, there may be a slight delay as we investigate the issue.
