Knife by Savannah. Peeling, trimming, coring and garnishing, this double bolster Paring Knife completes these tasks with ease and finesse. It has a compact 11cm blade length made from Ice Hardened X50 CrMoV15 stainless steel that makes dealing with smaller items and performing intricate tasks that much easier. It is attached to a durable, easy-to-grip silicone-impregnated laminated Pakka wood handle.
