All orders are generally shipped within three business days. If there is a delay on your order we will notify you and give you the option of waiting or cancelling the order.
We use many shipping carriers to service Australia. Unfortunately we are not able to select a specific carrier.
We are not able to ship to a PO boxes, parcel lockers, post office addresses or virtual addresses. A home or business address is required for shipment.
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund unless otherwise stated in the product listing. You will need to pay the return shipping costs for change of mind returns and the item must be unopened and not damaged.
In the event that you receive your order and it is damaged or faulty, we will arrange the item to be returned to us for a replacement or a refund.
