Artintoys offer 3 months warranty on spare parts of all electric ride on cars including 12v Ride On Cars from date of delivery with rules and conditions as below:
We provide you free spare parts for 3 month, if any part is failing. If the spare part we sent is also not worked, the item can be returned at the cost of customer. Such an item must be returned via a safe courier with proof of shipment and tracking.

We will not be responsible for loss of any returned items. Returned items must be unused and include its manual and all related items.
Any damage to the item due to misuse or neglect voids our warranty policy as sometimes, kids ride the car on unsuitable surfaces as mud, thick grass, steeping slopes, or try to push the car manually, all of which exert too much load on the car and activation of the thermal sensor will result in burning the motor.
