We aim to ship your item and provide tracking information ASAP. For items that weigh or cube above the Australia Post limitations we will use an alternative freight company, so we ask that you do not use a PO Box address when purchasing large items please.
Pick-up is available from our store, but please phone in advance. We may need up to 48hrs to transfer from the warehouse if item is not in the store. Auspresso Pty Ltd is located in North Parramatta NSW 2151
You have a legal right to obtain a refund for goods purchased if the goods are faulty, not fit for purpose or don't match the description, and Auspresso will readily respect your rights and in most cases cover the cost of return shipping.
However, if you purchase an item in error or change your mind we will need to assess the situation and ask you in all cases to contact us first.
