  • Orders are posted from Perth WA

  • You will receive an email with tracking information once your item is dispatched (check junk mail if you have not received it within 2 business days).

  • Please allow 6-10 business days for delivery within Australia, or 1-3 business days for express delivery (shipping times are after dispatch). Express post must be selected and paid at checkout.

  • Delivery times may be extended due to factors out of our control, such as pandemics and natural disasters.

Returns

  • AVILIA Designs provide a 30-day money back satisfaction guarantee.

  • If you are not satisfied with your item or change your mind about your purchase, you may request to return the item(s) within 30-days from the date the order was delivered. Return post is at buyer’s expense.

  • The item(s) must be returned in original condition (unworn) with all accessories and packaging.

  • Upon receipt the item(s) are inspected and refund, minus original postage (if applicable) is processed within 2 business days.

Warranty & Claims

  • AVILIA Designs has a 60 day warranty period for all jewellery, which commences from the date of delivery. We cover any faults or damages relating to manufacturing flaws for a maximum of 60 days.

  • In the event of returns due to warranty claims, buyers are asked to contact us with a description and photo of the issue. Once this has been reviewed, a return or replacement will be offered. You may be asked to send the item back for quality control checks/product improvement.

  • Damage not caused by manufacturing fault, or due to neglect/use outside our care recommendations may be declined.

  • Once the item has been received and inspected, a refund or replacement item (if applicable) will be arranged within 2 business days.
