Shipping

Free shipping on all orders. We guarantee that your order will be dispatched within 2 business days. In fact on most occasions, we dispatch same day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification advising you that your items are on their way and you will be provided with a tracking number.

Please ensure all your shipping information is accurate and up-to-date. The shipping address for your order is shown at the checkout and on your order confirmation. In the event that an incorrect address was entered, address changes can only be made before the order has been dispatched. We cannot be responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address and we cannot be liable for any loss associated.

Returns

You may return new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (for example, if you received an incorrect or defective item). If you need to return an item, please contact us (details below) with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. You should expect to receive your refund 14 days from returning your package to us.
