SHIPPING We have the minimum order spend of $75 to qualify for free freight.   Any orders under $75 will be charged a $15 flat freight fee. Not Received Your Order I have received a dispatch email for my order but it is now over 7 days since it was sent and I have still not received my order, what can I do? Please check your tracking number online and this will give you the status of your parcel. It may be that Star Track or Australia Post has tried to deliver and have been unable to do so, possibly as they were unable to locate your address. If you find that your tracking number shows no attempt has been made to deliver your goods or that they have been delivered but you have not received them then please email us immediately at  and we will investigate the matter with the courier and attempt to offer a solution as soon as possible, (Mon-Fri).

Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Cavalor Equicare, we are committed to providing high-quality products and service. We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind or make an incorrect choice. However, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if the product you receive is:

  • Faulty or not of acceptable quality

  • Not fit for its intended purpose

  • Significantly different from the description or sample shown

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during shipping, or not the item you ordered, please contact us directly. We will assess the issue and arrange a suitable remedy in line with your consumer rights.

Proof of purchase is required for all return claims.
