Growing up in Southern Brazil, founder Cris’ first passion is churrasco, the barbeque culture of the Gauchos. So a quality knife is and has always been an essential tool of his trade. Since working as a professional chef for the last two decades in Sydney, he has discovered and become brand advocate for the exceptional craftsmanship of Japanese, German and French knife makers.
Chef & a knife is Cris’ brainchild, offering a bespoke curation of fully restored vintage and new knives that are ideal for home cooks and chefs alike. Shipping policy Free shipping across Australia, Domestic Express shipping $8 New Zealand $15 / Worldwide shipping $35 We offer free regular shipping via Australia Post across Australia for regular sized parcels. We aim to ship orders daily Monday - Friday. Please note, any orders placed after 12pm Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday. For an estimate of shipping times and in case of any delays that may be incurred out of our control please visit the Australia Post website for an estimate for your delivery address. COVID-19 lockdowns may have an impact on your delivery, we issue tracking as soon as we fufill your order. If you do not receive your fulfilment email from info@chefandaknife.com please check your Junk or Spam folders or get in touch for us so we can provide it to you.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
