Defective / Incorrect Items
Defective or incorrect items must be reported to us via your MyDeal account within 48 hours of delivery to ensure your claim is validated.
We will request photos of the defective or incorrect product/s along with your order # .
We will gladly exchange defective or incorrect items only.
Please contact us as stated above and we will send you a return label to cover the cost of return shipping.
Product/s must be returned with its original packaging, with the tags attached and invoice, otherwise, a refund will not be issued.
It is at the discretion of Covella to assess and determine the validity of a claim made for defective items after the 48 hour period.
