Return Policy for Devil's Distillery

Eligibility for Returns: Customers may return unopened and undamaged products purchased from Devil's Distillery within 30 days of the purchase date. Products must be returned in their original packaging with any seals intact.

Ineligible Items: Opened or damaged products, or products with broken seals, are not eligible for return. Special promotional items, limited releases, and gift cards are also excluded from returns.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory for processing returns. Items purchased as a part of a package or bundle can only be returned as the entire package.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a specified number of days.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Devil's Distillery is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Exchange: In case of receiving a damaged or defective item, customers may request an exchange. Please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate an exchange.

Exceptions: For any returns related to errors on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped), Devil's Distillery will cover return shipping costs and ensure a prompt refund or exchange.

Local Regulations: Local laws and regulations related to the return of alcoholic beverages may apply. It is the customer's responsibility to comply with local regulations when returning products.
