Domestic Warranty
Warranty claims will not be accepted for general wear and tear or misuse of the furniture - such as excessive loads, damage sustained during moving or relocating, standing on seats, burns caused by cigarettes, soiling of fabrics. Alterations or changes to a product will also void the warranty.
Important Note:
Due to wear and tear, fabrics and leathers are not covered by this warranty. Any claims will be assessed on an individual basis and where a fabric or leather is found to be defective DOMO will re-upholster, repair or replace (to the same value) the item according to its obligations under the Trade Practices Act.
