Shipping & Delivery:

Shipping within Australia is $9.99 for Standard Delivery or $14.99 for Express Delivery.

Delivery times depend on location for standard delivery the estimated time frame is:

• Metro: 1-4 business days

• Regional: 1-6 business days

For express delivery estimated delivery time frame is next business day from the day order is dispatch to metro area's and 2-6 for outer metro areas.

Change of Mind Returns:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return/ exchange.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please contact us via your MyDeal Account for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.

Faulty Returns:

If you believe your product is damaged please contact us via your MyDeal Account to raise a warranty claim. We will need photos to support your claim. This will assist us with your claim.

Please carefully review the care label for instructions. We cannot accept a refund or exchange for products that were not following our washing instructions.

Please Note:

• Please ensure all products are returned in their original condition, unworn and with the tags attached. 

• Postage will be paid by the customer and fees may apply.

• Only accept change of mind returns within 30 days of the purchase date.
