Salam :) Hi, I’m Gilava, the founder of Exotic Bazaar. Born in Iran, I’ve always been deeply connected to the rich flavours and traditions of my Middle Eastern heritage. After moving to Australia, I realised there was a gap for authentic Middle Eastern flavours that were easy to recreate at home. That’s why I started Exotic Bazaar—to bring the bold tastes I grew up with into Australian kitchens. After years of perfecting my recipes, I developed a range of spice blends and meal bases to help make Middle Eastern cooking effortless. We don't accept returns for food products due to the change of mind.

For non-food products only, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 1090/1124 unit 2, Centre Rd, Oakleigh South VIC 3167

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
