WARRANTY POLICY

Unless otherwise stated, all products have a 3-month manufacturers warranty from the date of invoice. If your product turns out to be faulty or damaged, FLEX will repair, replace or refund the item unless (but not limited to):

The product not being used for its intended purpose
Normal wear and tear
Cosmetic wear and tear
Misuse
Incorrect installation
Incorrect Assembly
Improper Storage
Lack of a maintenance plan
A poor maintenance plan
Out of the warranty period
No proof of purchase

RETURNS POLICY

Returns will attract a minimum 20% restocking fee to cover costs. Shipping Fees will not be refunded. Where the item was offered with Free shipping, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted the final amount returned. The cost of return shipping will be born by the customer. This will be decided on a case by case basis.

To be eligible for a return, your item:

Must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
Must be returned within 14 calendar days of receiving the order
Must be unopened in its original packaging
Must have the receipt or proof of purchase

Items on sale / clearance / end of the line / Ex Demo
Requests received after 14 days of receiving your order
Items used or not in original condition and packaging
