Our refund procedure:

  • You can return your item within 14 days of the purchase/delivery date only. If you have a change of mind or you purchased a wrong product. We will offer only a store credit, a 20% restocking fee will apply. 

  • Contact us to discuss the best option

  • Book in for return shipping

  • Our engineer checks the returned product for its condition and packaging

  • Please note that a re-stocking (20%) and reduction of the original shipping fee is applicable. Please make sure to hold on the original packaging in case of return. Credit will be initiated only if the product is in the original condition and packaging

  • In unfortunate circumstances example death, a 20% admin fee within 14 days period may apply, even if the product not delivered. The remaining balance may be refunded on the product only and no credit store will be offered unless differently is agreed.  If this happen after receipt of the product the standard return policy will follow.

  • Wear and Tear are not covered by warranty

  • We do offer warranty under our manufacturer guarantee policy for most of our products. One year on the electric parts and one year on the frame.

    What does mean manufacturer guarantee?
    It means that our products are covered under our warranty policy if they are defect/not working as they should due to the manufacturing/production line. Our warranty policy may include repair, replacement of the parts or replacement of the whole product.
    Misused products are not included in this warranty policy.
    For example: you unpack your brand new wheelchair and you find out that there is a big crack on the front wheel. In this case a new wheel will be sent to you for the replacement free of charge under warranty.

    We advise our customers to take photos, notes and videos of the faulty product upon arrival of a product and to notify us within 48 hours on the arrival of the faulty product to secure your warranty claim. Please note that cushions and armrest padding and  component that are prone to wear and tear not covered by warranty. Please note that Wear and Tear are not covered by warranty. For example you purchased a recliner from us and the cover gets tear damages not cover by Warranty as this is a normal Wear and Tear.
