We offer same day shipping, and express courier services Australia-wide. All items are sent are wrapped discreetly to ensure safe delivery.    Shipped with ATL - authority to leave using our choice of post or courier. Please specify a safe place to leave the delivery at your address during checkout. Courier delivery: We use Startrack and Couriers Please. All Parcels are marked authority to leave unless of high value or requested signature on delivery In the case that your location is not serviced by these couriers, we will use another service (including Australia Post) that delivers to your location. In some cases, including small towns, the delivery will go to their nearest depot or a designated collection point in the closest town. Note: You must supply a street address for courier delivery. We will request your street address (and any additional shipping cost) if a PO Box is provided with the courier delivery option. Australia Post delivery: All Parcels are marked authority to leave unless of high value or requested signature on delivery Parcels may require signature on delivery if requested or if high value(or at pickup if delivery is missed). Deliveries to PO boxes require Australia Post shipping. Australia Post shipping is available for items up to 100cm long. We may request your approval to change the shipping method if the item does not meet Australia Post shipping requirements. Same day shipping: All stocked items purchased in the online store before 1pm EST on weekdays are sent on the same day. In rare cases, couriers do not make their set pickup time and dispatch may be delayed until the following day. Damage to products during shipping: In the case you have received your goods damaged you must take photos of the damaged item and damaged box/wrapper and contact us immediately;  Claims for damage during shipping must be made within 7 days of receiving your delivery. 

Warranty & Returns 

All bottles are sold brand new from the manufacturer unless otherwise stated and all smaller bottles are taped up before leaving the store to reduce the chance of leaking while in transit.

Please check your order for damage that may have occurred in shipping. In the event of a genuine claim of damaged goods, please contact us with details and photos as evidence including the packaging and any signs of leakage, damage or tampering.  Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving so we can raise claim with carriers.

Warranty on PH Probes: 

Probes and Pens (without replaceable probes)  

6 months warranty from date of purchase.

Warranty on Lamps/Bulbs:

 Lamps & Globes are warranted for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Warranty on rest of the products: 

1 Year by Australian consumer guarantee  unless specified manufacturer warranty is longer. 

 

Defective returns on all products within 14 days of receipt:

If an item fails within the first 14 days of receipt, please email/call us. We will determine if the item needs to be returned, if so we will organise freight back or reimburse customer for return postage  Once the item is received we will determine if it can be repaired or needs replacing. Please note that the item must be packaged properly for shipping to avoid damage. Items received damaged, smashed or modified in any way will void the warranty.

Exchanging an item for a different item:

If you wish to exchange an item for another item, it must be returned to us in new, unused condition within 14 days or receipt. Once we receive the item, the exchange item will be shipped out to you. Any additional fees and shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. 

 

New product returns:

New product returns will only be accepted within 7 days of receipt and at our discrection. 

The following items can not be returned as a change of mind purchase.

  • Nutrients, additives, lamps / lights / CFL's & Growing Substrate
  • Custom made items, for example, NFT channels and aluminium frames cut to specification
  • Special orders, for products not regularly stocked. these items will be marked as "Special Order" on invoice. 
  • Any items specifically cut to size at your request, for example, items we cut per meter as films, tubing, flower support mesh and more.
  • Commercial quantities are non refundable.
  • Clearance items are non refundable.

 

To return an item as new, please call or email us. Items must be returned in new, unused condition in their original packaging. Any and all shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Once the item is received and inspected we will issue you a refund, minus shipping fees and minus a 15% restocking fee.
