We endeavour to have as many products listed on our website in stock and the pricing up to date and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not in stock or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will let you know as soon as possible a revised turnaround time. Otherwise, we could offer an agreeable alternative item, or a refund if necessary. Estimated delivery is 2-5 days depending on your delivery location. Remote regions may take longer.
Change of mind
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. So, if you are happy to send it back within within reasonable timeframe of purchase in its original condition (with packaging intact), we are happy to refund you. Your refund will be processed when we have received and checked your goods. So that we can process your return, please mark the package clearly with the order number in your confirmation email and include the following information: reason for the return your daytime phone number and email address

Items arrive damaged
