Orders shipped within Australia only. If you order before 12 pm (AEST) on any business day (i.e. during the week), we'll have your order dispatched the same day!

Taking care of your LaSculpte investment shouldn’t be a chore – it should be easy. And we’ve made it so. Here are some instructions on properly caring for and maintaining your shapewear and fitness clothing. Always check the label for care instructions.

Caring for your Shapewear

1. Machine wash in cold water in a gentle cycle.

2. Wash in laundry bag with like colours, and just to make sure to not wash your shapewear along with bras with hooks and clasps.

3. Do not bleach or use fabric softener.

4. Do not tumble dry, iron or dry-clean. Please make sure you air or line dry your shapewear in the shade to preserve the fabric’s elasticity.

5. Do not twist to remove excess water

6. If you are hand-washing, rinse cold.

Caring For Your Activewear

1. Do not hesitate to leave your sweaty clothes in a basket, which can cause bacteria build up.

2. Wash your activewear immediately after wearing.

3. Please take out removable paddings before washing in laundry bag.

4. Wash inside out on a gentle cold machine wash using mild detergent with like colours.

5. Do not bleach or use fabric softener.

6. Do not tumble dry, iron or dry-clean. Please make sure you line dry your activewear in the shade to keep fabric retension.

7. Avoid consistent contact with rough surfaces, like concrete, decking, rocks and rough terrain.

8. Do not soak or leave wet.

9. Spin dry to remove excess water.

Caring for your Swimwear

1. Wash inside out on a gentle cold machine wash using mild detergent with like colours.

2. Rinse your swimwear thoroughly after use.

3. Do not bleach or use fabric softener.

4. Do not tumble dry, iron or dry-clean. Flat dry in shade and avoid direct sunlight.

5. Do not wring, soak or leave wet with other textiles.

6. Avoid contact with suncreens and oils as they may cause colour to fade and damage fabric.

7. Avoid contact with rough surfaces.

8. Be careful not to wear light coloured clothing over wet swimwear as some shades may transfer when wet.

9. Avoid pools treated with harsh chemicals and avoid spa baths.

We gladly offer exchanges or refunds if the following conditions are met:

• The item (unworn, tags attached with your proof of purchase) is returned within 14 days of purchase.

• Items must be in their original condition, with all labels, tickets, and packaging intact. They should not have been washed or worn.

*Please be aware that our refund and exchange policy for changes of mind, as outlined above, does not affect or restrict your rights under consumer law. Your rights and guarantees under consumer law, such as those for faulty items or items not matching their description, remain unaffected.

*Returns are not accepted for Underwear and Swimwear.

*Sale items are non-refundable, but we gladly accommodate size exchanges if needed. Please note that all garments undergo inspection.
