    At Little Squiffy, we stand by the quality of our products with a standard 12 month warranty.

    RETURNS POLICY – Little Squiffy

    We get it – sometimes things go wrong. If there’s an issue with your order, reach out to us via contact page. We’ll take a look into it and let you know the next steps, which may include return instructions if necessary.

    Once we’ve received your item, we’ll assess the product either in-house. If your item is found to have a fault, we’ll offer the appropriate remedy – whether that’s a repair, replacement, or refund – in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

    Please note, if we determine the issue isn’t a manufacturing fault – for example, if the item was damaged through misuse, not following care instructions, or general wear and tear – your return may be rejected. If this happens, we’ll contact you and you’ll need to cover the cost of having the item sent back to you.

    Refunds are processed using your original payment method. We aim to complete this within 30 days of receiving the returned item.

    CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS – Little Squiffy

    As a small Aussie business, we ask that you choose carefully before checking out. We don’t usually offer refunds for change of mind, wrong size selections.

    That said, we may approve an exchange on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. If approved, the item must be:

    • Returned within 30 days of your order;

    • In original condition – unused, unworn, and with all tags/packaging intact;

    • In a condition we can resell.

    Change of mind returns are not accepted for personalised items, bedding once used/opened, or hygiene-related products such as pillowcases, and plush throws due to health and hygiene regulations.

    All return postage costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

    ADDRESS CHANGES

    Entered the wrong name or address? Please contact us ASAP – we’ll do our best to update it before your order is packed. If it’s already on the way and gets returned to us, you’ll need to cover:

    • A Return to Sender (RTS) fee;

    • A reshipping fee (based on the weight of your order via Auspost).

    Unfortunately, we’re not responsible for errors made by the customer at checkout.

    FAULTY OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

    Every item we sell is covered by guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major fault, you're entitled to a replacement or full refund. If the fault is minor, we may offer a repair, replacement, or partial refund.
