Love this new Alessi Combo. I was a little nervous about fabrication in plastic but needn't have. The design is sleek and has excellent functionality The spout on kettle pours the best on any kettle I've had . I love the origami like vibe of these. Very happy with purchase Arrived promptly too A+

Our warranty policy covers the replacement or repair of any good supplied by Living by Design that has a defect. It does not include defects that arise as the result of normal wear and tear, or which are a natural characteristic of the material used to produce the good. Products used for commercial purposes are not covered.
This Warranty does not apply to any good that has been sold as seconds, floorstock, goods that are repaired, or goods that have a defect where this has been drawn to the your attention before the purchase of the good. Further exclusions from this Warranty apply in relation to:

We offer a 7 days change of mind return policy. All return delivery costs will be the responsibility of the customer. All items must be returned in the original condition. If the item is not returned in the original packaging, a 20% re-stocking fee will be applied.
