Delivery Orders will usually be processed within 1 working day (Monday - Friday). Most orders should be received within 3 working days for most East Coast destinations and greater Melbourne and Brisbane. Shipments to other areas within Australia should take approximately 3-5 working days. Some more remote locations might take a bit longer. Some deliveries may take 3-15 business days. Shipping times are estimates and we can't be held responsible if the items ordered won't arrive in time (e.g. before Christmas or planned travel date)

OTHER RETURNS
Our staff will assess the item (in store and online purchase) to determine whether an exchange will be offered in accordance with our Sydney Tools Refunds and Exchange Policy. If the above conditions are not satisfied, a 15% restocking fee may be applicable.
Please note that delivery costs are non-refundable for returns. If you wish to return an item back to us, you are required to pay for all associated shipping costs.
Until the nature of any fault is determined, the resolution we can offer may vary. Where necessary, the item may need to be returned to determine fault/issue. If the products are unusable upon receiving or there is a major fault, the customer may choose between a full refund via the original payment method or a replacement product. Other alternatives may be offered to the satisfaction of both parties.
The LD warranty does not include damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disaster, or other external causes; to damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner outside that described in the instructions. The MB warranty is considered void if the item has been modified, altered, or tampered with by a person (or persons) not authorised by LD to provide service (not including standard periodic maintenance)
Consumable components and accessories (such as pool diaphragm chains bicycle Chair carry bags batteries, hoses grinding discs mats nets belts cables cushions wheels, blades, tubes, safety gear, bonus items, etc are not covered by LD's standard warranty once used. Should your consumable component arrive with a manufacturer's fault please contact us to discuss a resolution prior to using the item.
Warranties do not apply where items are resold/rented for the purpose of profit.
