SHIPPING POLICY
For Meraki Home purchases made through MyDeal Marketplace, orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days of the order being placed. Delivery can take 5-10 working days, and additional time can be required for orders to remote areas.
If there are multiple items on your order it may be shipped from one warehouse (as a complete order) or from multiple locations (to be received in multiple deliveries).
Please note that Meraki Home couriers are NOT authorised to leave goods unattended when they are delivered. There must be someone present to collect the item(s). We will not cover the costs of any deliveries that are unsuccessful due to no one being present at the specified address.

PROOF OF PURCHASE
Your proof of purchase is important. Please note that all returns, refunds, exchanges, or repair requests must be accompanied by one of the following Proof of Purchase documents:

Meraki Home will assist customers who wish to return or exchange goods in line with Australian Consumer Law. If you would like to return a product, please contact us via your MyDeal account.
A refund will be issued when the return product is physically received and acknowledged.
INCORRECT OR FAULTY GOODS
Meraki Home offer a variety of new and ex-demo products. For new products, we endeavour to ensure that no damage occurs during transportation. In the rare event of a product being damaged during transit and/or delivery or incorrect product, we request that you:
Following these steps, we will facilitate the replacement of the damaged product.
EX-DEMO products with a 12-month warranty period MAY have cosmetic defects that are NOT COVERED.
For faulty products, we offer a 14 DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY from the date you receive your product. We take pride in our high standard of customer service, and we strive to ensure that our customers are happy and satisfied.
If there is a fault outside of 14-day replacement warranty, please contact us via your MyDeal account. If there is a manufacturing fault for Ex-Demo bikes we will reimburse any costs to cover the repair, for any other Major Appliances such as Washing Machines and Dryers, please contact us so we can book an in-home repair.
Please note: We will cover the costs of any return postage related to faulty item during the 14-day replacement warranty period. The replacement product will be sent out to you at no charge, within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty product.
When returning your product, please make sure you provide the following details:
Your instructions informing us how you would like the issue resolved
Please include the original order confirmation or invoice you received with your product. Also, if you haven't previously provided a contact phone number, please include this with your return. This will ensure the issue is resolved quickly, should anyone need to contact you.
If you do receive an incorrect product, please contact us to arrange a return delivery and a refund or exchange. The return must be received by Meraki Home within 30 days.
DEAD ON ARRIVAL (DOA) / PRODUCT FAILURE OR NOT WORKING
All Meraki Home products undergo a thorough quality control procedure during manufacture. In the rare case of a product received that does not function correctly upon initial operation, please follow the steps outlined below:
Where a product failure has occurred after 10 days of receipt, the failure will be treated as a warranty claim.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
Meraki Home will allow a return where you have changed your mind, provided that the item in question is:
In a resalable condition, and not damaged in any way.
We cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken.
You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping. If the item is not received by Meraki Home, you will not be eligible for a return.
You may be provided with a refund only when the returned product is received, and it complies with the requirements outlined above.
If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address.
WARRANTY
Meraki Home products warranty period is specified in the product instruction manual and where advertised. In the event of a product failure, identify the products model code and serial number, and contact the Meraki Home Customer Service Team via your MyDeal account.
