If you change your mind on an item purchased online, you may return it for an exchange or refund, providing that goods are returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. Proof of purchase must be retained and sent when requesting a refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You will be sent a fresh pack of the same item once your defective or damaged item is received.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
