If you would like to return an item to Nood Nutrition, please contact our customer service team first. Items returned without prior authorisation may not be properly identified, which may delay or prevent your refund.
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for the return process. Please follow these instructions carefully to ensure your refund is processed promptly.
Returned product(s) will be fully inspected upon arrival. Refunds will only be issued for items that are unopened, unused, and in original condition, unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
We accept returns for change of mind within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items received after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
Returned items must be unopened with the original seal intact.
Items returned without contacting us first may not be processed.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or the return is due to our error.
If a shipment is returned to us as undelivered, customers may request a refund for the products minus shipping costs and a 5% processing fee, or request re-shipment (additional shipping fee applies).
Opened or used products cannot be returned unless faulty.
We are not responsible for items lost, stolen, mis-routed, or seized by customs.
Duplicate orders placed by the customer are subject to this returns policy.
If a package is refused for any reason other than damage:
A refund may be issued for the product only, less original shipping, return shipping, and a 5% processing fee.
If the refused shipment does not return to our warehouse, a refund cannot be issued.
