WARRANTY POLICY

All products Outdoors Domain offers are backed by a minimum 12 month comprehensive warranty. Please refer to the individual product listing for specific warranty terms and period.

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you're not, we're able to help! If you've changed your mind, simply return your purchase within 30 days in brand new condition and we will happily exchange or refund your purchase (delivery non-refundable).

Please return goods via a registered service as we do not accept responsibility for lost or damaged in items.
When goods are received within the return period in brand new and sellable condition, we'll issue a full refund (less original freight). Goods not returned in this manner may be subject to restocking fee.

How long does the refund take?

Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days of us receiving your returned goods. Once received, your returned goods will be assessed and funds will be returned via your original payment medium.
