Good quality, sticks well and good results. The strips could be a bit longer to cover more teeth but can always make that work. Can't go wrong for the price.

These were easy to use and comfortable to wear (I wear them during my commute to work they are so good!). Noticeable difference from first use and such heat value. Recommended for sure. 5 star
