All of our deliveries are carried out via Australia Post and are subject to Australia Post delivery timeframes and restrictions implemented by them.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery re-delivery fees may apply.

A "change of mind" return can be made within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange of those goods if the item(s) is unused with original packaging and the original receipt or proof of purchase is provided. We ask that tracking details be provided with any return sent to us. We do not take responsibility for lost, redirected or otherwise missing returned items. We will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them and in the method you purchased them. When returning an item purchased with a voucher/promo code, your refund or exchange value will be equal to the final discounted price that you paid for the item.

Warranty Claims:

We accept warranty claims in accordance with, and as limited to, your entitlements available under Australian Consumer Law. We endeavour to provide a reasonable remedy to all products which are faulty or damaged and ask that you contact us via our MyDeal Account with photographic evidence if a claim of this kind is to be raised.
