Pfeiffer Asia Pacific can only refund purchases if the product has a manufacturing defect or fault.

In the case of a defect, a refund will be provided if Pfeiffer Asia Pacific is advised within 14 days of the item being received.

The refund will be processed once the item has been returned in original condition, including with all packaging materials, instruction manuals and all accessories. Refunds will not be able to be given for incomplete returns. Return postage is paid by the customer.
