All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Standard (Parcel) free of charge within Australia and includes tracking. Thats right! we pay the freight! We endeavour to dispatch orders on the business day following that on which we receive payment from you in full however this is not guaranteed.

Shipping times are in accordance with Australia Post’s guidelines. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched, confirming the shipping details and tracking number. Please ensure you track your order for updates. If your order is returned to sender due to incorrect address, failure to collect or other reasons, a re-delivery fee of $19.99 is payable prior to re-ship.

If you have decided that you no longer want a product please return it to our office within 7 business days in the original and undamaged packaging. A full refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned Product.
