WARRANTY

Please refer to the Suppliers warranty which is supplied with your goods. Your warranty period commences from the date of receipt of your goods. Please ensure all appropriate product care is completed to be covered by any warranties. Posh Furniture will not be liable for freight or shipping expenses in relation Posh furniture management. The warranty shall be considered void if;

1. Commercial, contract, rental trade, institutional or other non-residential use.
2. Damage resulting from exposure of the goods to direct sunlight, extreme heat, bright lights or similar conditions resulting in discolouration.
3. Damage by corrosive materials, such as acids or solvents, or dyes, inks, paints, human or animal bodily fluids.
4. Damage resulting from improper use, or abuse or acts of god.
5. Damage incurred during handling and transportation of the product
6. Floor samples or sales made on an “as-is” basis will have limited warranty, and the Store to advise as age and condition will be taken in consideration.
7. Furniture previously repaired by any person not endorsed by Posh Furniture.
8. If the original purchaser transfers this warranty to other parties.
9. Damage due to improper cleaning abuse and negligence.
10. If the furniture is not used correctly for the purpose intended, eg sitting on sofa arms or standing/swinging on dining chairs.
11. unless a product is categorised or specified as a bathroom item, products should not be considered warrantable if used in wet areas (bathrooms etc).
12. Please refer to our Customer Delivery, Pick Up and Warranty Agreement it details final payment, access to your home, final delivery instructions, pick up information & storage fees.
