Welcome to the PPD Hydration family! PPD Hydration is a SthEast Queensland family run business specialising in premium stainless steel drink-ware for families and their pets. All products at PPD Hydration utilise double insulated technology. This means that your PPD Hydration product allows you to have cold or hotter drinks for a longer periods of time. In fact, if you put ice in your bottle today, it will still have ice in it tomorrow! The outside of the bottle will always be at ambient air temperature, so there will be no condensation. All water bottles include a shock absorbing silicone bumper to protect the base of your bottle plus a sports lid. This allows you to customise the look of your bottle for a particular adventure. All PPD Hydration products have been ethically sourced as we to take care of our environment. PPD Hydration products include water bottles in multiple sizes, travel mugs/ coffee tumblers, stubbie coolers and pet bowls. All of our products are made from 18/8 premium stainless steel with a power-coated finish to complement. PPD Hydration products are constructed to go anywhere and survive the toughest of conditions. All products posted, will have a tracking number. All products will be posted with 48hrs of order.

 

Change of Mind Returns:

PPD hydration and MyDeal want you to love your PPD  product so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase let us know.

PPD products come with a 30 day change of mind policy. If at any time within the first 30 days from purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us via your MyDeal Account for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.

Please Note:

  • Postage is paid by the customer
  • The product must be returned in the original packaging, accessories included and not used.
  • We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery
  • Fees may apply

Warranty Claims:

PPD products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. This does not include accidental damage. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the product description for this. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us via your MyDeal Account to raise a warranty claim.
