We ordered this bed for our 3 year olds first big bed and it is great. It is not the easiest to put together but all good once done. It is light for me to manoeuvre around while making the bed up as I have it against a wall and fitted a toddler rail. Great first bed for kids. I have ordered another 2 of the same bed to put in our holiday home.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
2. The product must be in its original packaging, unused and sealed
3. A 15% re-stocking fee and applicable freight fees will be charged for COM returns
4. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods
