If you are unavailable at the time of delivery re-delivery fees may apply.

Once our product leaves the warehouse, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds due to its natural properties of mastic gum.  Exceptions are made only for damaged or incorrect orders. If your order arrives damaged or defective. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Pls include your order number, full name, and reason for the return and supporting photos. Customers are responsible for any duties or import taxes imposed by their country. Parcels returned to us due to non-payment of import fees will be forfeited.

Please contact us immediately for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.

Please Note:

1. Postage is paid by the customer.

2. The product must be returned in the original packaging.

3. We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery.
