Replaced the 8mp camera as it has the same baseplate. Worked straight away. Recording to the poe nvr. Fixed camera with Zoom. Just aim it manually where you want. Great picture quality.

We provide a 2-year limited warranty for new Products (IP Camera/NVR System/Accessories) purchased from Reolink and a 1-year warranty for Reolink Certified Refurbished Products.
If you encounter any issues with Reolink products, please feel free to contact us and we will help process the warranty accordingly.
30-Day Return Policy
You may return the unwanted product to Reolink for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of the delivery date. You are responsible for the shipping fees. Beyond the end of those 30 days, refunds and exchanges for unwanted products are not available.
