Deliveries will vary from 2 to 14 working days depending on the location. After an order is placed, it generally takes 1-3 days to process your order, the estimated time frames below do not take this processing time into account. They are a guide on the timeframe a delivery will take after it has been picked up by our courier.
Sydney, Brisbane, and Melbourne metro areas: 3-4 working days^
Adelaide metro areas: 5-8 working days^
Perth metro areas: 6-10 working days^
ACT, Regional NSW, VIC, and QLD: 5-6 working days^
TAS, Regional SA, WA, and NT: 10-14 working days^
Our exchange policy currently only covers faulty/damaged items. To obtain your exchange, you need to inform us within 14 days of delivery. Any change of mind post-sale will not be subjected to any refunds or exchanges at all. In the event, Rugs n More agrees to a return, the buyer has to pay the full costs of delivery and return shipping, and the product must be returned in its original packaging via a courier company together with a tracking number. Please allow up to 2 weeks, this allows time for shipping and the inspection of the rug.
Any accepted refund (excluding manufacture fault) will incur a 5% charge which covers restocking and merchant fees from the initial sale.
At the moment we don’t have any return policy for items other than rugs.
All rugs received with a manufacturing fault will be exchanged. To inform us of a manufacturing fault return, simply email us a description and a clear photo of the fault. If Rugs n More agrees the fault is valid, we will give you the option of an exchange of the same rug. Please note that manufacturing faults must be claimed within 7 days of receiving your rug.
