Brilliant Chair, great ergonomic design. Comfortable for lengthy periods and it is nice not to have lower back and hip pain when working at my desk.

This chair got my eyes on it. I sit in front of computer 4-5 hours a day and my old chair was not comfortable when I need some rest.First, the chair packaging was very sturdy and well protected the every small parts. My old chair was leather and makes me sweat when it is hot or sit long time but this chair doesnt make me sweat and breathable so one of the good things. But you should avoid to spoil your food or drinks then it is not easy to clean as leather. And armrest is connected with the back side which is good support for my elbow.The most amazing thing about this chair I really liked is adjustable foot rest and reclining back rest position. You can extend the foot rest for your leg length. You can customize the back rest reclining position in to two ways like just for rest or for take a nap. Chair was not difficult to assemble for one person. Hope my honest review helps you to make the right choice. I would highly recommend for people who has long hours sitting work.

Refund policy
We have a 30-day return and change of mind policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unassembled or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Refunds

Return Shipping
Once the product has been accepted for a return, the shipping costs relating to a return will normally be paid by the client unless the product is assessed as having a major failure. In this case we will be responsible for any shipping costs and you will be advised how to return the product at no cost to you.
Your Warranty Policy:
warranty period is three years. If there are any quality problems, please contact us. After confirming, we will provide a replacement part or product for you. SIHOO provides full parts coverage for the three years of the period, at zero cost for you.
