We offer delivery Australia Wide by Australia Post. It is Shiny Tech's responsibility to assist with tracking and inquiries in relation to the consignment. Post Standard Estimated Transit Times:

· 2 to 3 Business days for Sydney, Newcastle, Wollongong and Canberra

·3 to 5 Business days for Melbourne, Brisbane and surrounding areas

·5 to 8 Business days for Adelaide, Perth and Tasmania 

Change of Mind Returns
Shiny Tech offers a 30-day Change of Mind Policy on all products. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can contact us within 14 days of taking delivery and return the product, and Shiny Tech will refund the unit price of the item.
 
Products must be returned in their original packaging, along with all included accessories, be in new condition suitable for resale, and must not have been damaged during the time the product is in your possession, including up until we receive the product. It is the responsibility of the buyer to arrange and pay for the return shipping.
 
Shipping costs are not-refundable for 'change of mind' returns. You must notify us within 30 days of taking delivery of your product and request a return under this policy.
 
Warranty Returns
Shiny Tech offers a minimum of a 1-year warranty on all products.
 
We are dedicated to protecting your consumer rights and upholding our responsibilities as a respected Australian business. When things go wrong, we want to find solutions as quickly as possible so that you can get back to enjoying your purchase. The following sections detail how we process different types of returns - please read the relevant information carefully before return the products.
 
Product Faults & Delivery Issues
Shiny Tech will cover the cost to send replacements for confirmed faulty items.
 
Confirming a product fault may require additional troubleshooting steps where applicable.
 
· If a fault cannot be confirmed via troubleshooting, the item may need to be returned to us for testing at the customer's expense.
· When goods are tested and found to be fully functional, they will be returned at the customer's expense.
· Full refunds are only available on products we confirm as faulty.
· Incompatibility with existing customer hardware does not constitute a fault except when it contradicts the product description, or reasonable expectation of performance based on the product description.
· Returning goods must be complete with all parts and packaging unless otherwise arranged.
 
Incorrect Purchases & Non-Faulty Returns
· Non-faulty items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for either a full refund, or an exchange, provided they are in perfect 'as-new' condition with all parts and packaging.
· Customers must cover the cost of shipping when returning goods to us.
· In the event of an exchange, customers must cover the full cost of shipping on re-delivery. This value will be the current cost of the service as charged by the carrier.
 
How to Perform a Warranty Claim
1. Contact us and provide our team with a description of the fault.
2. We will require high resolution photos of the top and bottom of the product to show product has not been mis-used or abused.
3. Provide a short video demonstrating the damage or fault with your product if possible.
4. Our team will review your claim and in the first instance, attempt to troubleshoot and resolve the issue for you without the need to return your product.
5. If it is determined via troubleshooting that your product may be faulty, our team will provide instructions to have the product returned for assessment. If the product does need to be returned, we will arrange return shipping at no cost to you.
 
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
