Shipping policy
We use Australia Post to Ship all Sunscreen orders, and our Supplier's shipping carrier for all other products. All orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Shipping delivery dates are on top of the fulfilment processing time. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number (if applicable) you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 7 business days for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. If your return is approved, we will refund the full order amount minus the cost of return shipping. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Sunnyo Returns Policy
Our return window lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer an exchange or refund. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, particularly for items that arrived damaged.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or supplier.
Partial Returns
Partial returns may be considered in the following situations:
Any item not in its original condition, or that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. You will be informed whether your return has been approved or declined. If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within a few business days.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are not refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us for assistance.
Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
