Standard Delivery
- The Ottoman Shop uses professional courier services to deliver your product/s to your door.  A
- Deliveries can only be done during the week and not on weekends and public holidays.
- If items are in stock, the order will be processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Estimated delivery time frames vary depending on your location.

We cannot deliver to PO boxes.

- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking number and other details from us via the email you provided upon checkout if tracking is offered by the courier used to ship your item(s).

Due to the limited access of our carriers, there are certain postcodes that we are unable to deliver to. Please refer to the list below for more details. Please kindly contact us for more information if you need the item to be delivered to the remote areas to ensure your order could be processed successfully.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will only cover the cost of postage on returns if your order is faulty. We do not cover the cost of postage on returns due to dissatisfaction or a change of heart.


To start a return, please contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your refund to be processed and posted.

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, The Ottoman Shop will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?

The Ottoman Shop will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from The Ottoman Shop is 90 days from the date of purchase.

A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 90 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
- conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
