You are entitled to a refund or replacement or your purchase if there is a major problem with a product covered by consumer guarantees.
If you change your mind, you are entitled to an exchange within 14 days, provided the product is unopened.
You will be required to pay for the return postage, and postage of the replacement product to be dispatched to you.

read the ingredients for each product you purchase (as listed on our website) and satisfied yourself that, to the best of your knowledge, there is no medical reason for you to avoid exposure to them; and
Conduct a patch test of each product before use.
We make no representations and provide no warranties as to the fitness of our products for purposes other than as expressly directed by us.
People can have adverse reactions from exposure to certain cosmetic products. We disclaim all liability for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from any personal injury caused by exposure to a cosmetic ingredient which you were aware could cause you harm, via allergy, dermatitis or otherwise.
